We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Services Administrator to join our team on a permanent, part time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the operational success of a forward-thinking company. About the role:As the Business Services Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of administrative, operational, and facilities services tasks. This role will work closely with various departments to ensure efficient operations and assist with the day-to-day management of business services functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Plan and coordinate ATCO’s facilities planned and reactive maintenance and repair activitiesMaintain the Facilities departments filing systems including filing ATCO’s maintenance and other recordsOffice management functions such as maintaining office supplies, valet services, cleaning, printers, locker coordination, and other services in conjunction with the service contractors for ATCO’s depotsPurchasing officer functionsTravel management functionsBuilding access card managementAdhoc office & other tasks as requiredThere are 2 shift options available for this role:Option A:              Monday – Friday (10:00AM to 3:00PM)Option B:              Monday, Thursday, Friday (7:30AM – 3:00PM) About youPrevious experience working in an administrative or a works planning role in a Facilities or Property management fieldStrong computer skills including the ability to utilise a range of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Teams and SAP purchasingStrong interpersonal and communications skillsGood analytical skills with high attention to detailIf you are a motivated and highly organized individual with a passion for delivering excellent business services, we’d love to hear from you!   • Building access card management
  • Adhoc office & other tasks as required

There are 2 shift options available for this role:

Option B:              Monday, Thursday, Friday (7:30AM – 3:00PM)

 

About you

  • Previous experience working in an administrative or a works planning role in a Facilities or Property management field
  • Strong computer skills including the ability to utilise a range of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Teams and SAP purchasing
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good analytical skills with high attention to detail
